ABS Filament ? 3D printing material defined easy

ABS Filament (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

ABS Filament stands for Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. ABS is the most commonly used Filament other than PLA Filament. ABS is best Filament for making durable parts which need to be kept in high temperatures. It becomes soft when heated and sets quickly. These properties mean ABS is perfect to 3D Print spare parts for machines or objects that could be exposed to high temperatures like sunlight or hot water.

ABS Filament has a glossier look. It melts consistently at around 225 degrees Celsius, which can easily be achieved with small and home-safe electronics. It can be easily cut, filed or glued post printing. ABS can be smoothed with Acetone. ABS is a tough and durable thermoplastic. It can withstand higher temperatures. Best used for making durable parts that need to withstand higher temperatures.
